Industry News: Trouble in Paradise for Image Dynamics?

Founded in 1993, Eric Stevens built up the brand known to enthusiasts worldwide as Image Dynamics. Image Dynamics has been always been very well regarde and it is with sadness we learn of Eric's departure from the company he founded.
Eric said "I have been working to buy out a partner I brought on in 2006, and it has been dragging on for over two years for many reasons". He continued "It is very sad for me and I want to thank those that have supported the company over the years. Unfortunately it won't be the same company anymore".
The Image Dynamics USA website was edited recently, with only a goodbye message left. (http://www.imagedynamicsusa.com/)
It's a sad day to see such a well respected company and brand end in these circumstances, but rumour has it that Eric may be heading in the direction of creating a new brand. If the products of the former brand are anything to go by, we look forward to watching this eventuate.
