Northfield Car Sound in Macgregor, QLD saw round 2 of the QLD series of MEASQ Sound Quality competition. It's been a slow start to the season for 2010 but with renewed industry support and a motivated competitor base QLD is back on the map in sound quality competition.

The Northfield Macgregor store hosted the twilight event with support also from Brad, Briony and Paul from Northfield Capalaba. It's this support and store level involvement that allows sound quality competition to exist and great to see the competitor numbers increasing once more.

The Novice division is the breeding ground for future competitors and enthusiasts and with 6 competitors in this class we hope to see many of those returning to tackle some of the more experienced competitors in higher divisions.

With over 20 competitors for Round 2, the rest of the 2010 season looks healthy for QLD with a number of retailers offering their locations for events, and distributors and brands coming onboard to support SQ competition.
