Sounding Off: MEASQ Appoints Adam Boyer as National Manager
- Monday 19th March, 2012
MEASQ continues to enjoy its continued growth as an organisation but also as Australia's own national sound quality competition format. In order to ensure this continued growth and success, Adam Boyer has been appointed as National Manager, effective immediately.
What started as a side project for MEA founder Marc Rushton many years ago has grown to operate as franchises in now four states (QLD, ACT, SA, VIC) with two more (TAS, WA) expressing interest and being in preliminary stages of organisation right now. This success can be attributed to the dedication and support of not only the competitors, but also some very dedicated members who represent their state and oversee the franchise.
In order to ensure this growth and success continues, it was decided to appoint a dedicated MEASQ National Manager. The national manager will be the main contact for all matters relating to MEASQ in Australia, from competitors direct enquiries to the management of the state franchises, rules and guidelines and national event management.
MEA is extremely confident this is a great step forward for MEASQ and ensures it's future success.
We would like to welcome Adam Boyer who has been appointed MEASQ National Manager effective immediately. Adam has been a great contributor to MEA as a moderator, MEASQ competitor and judge, as well as involved in judges training and overseeing changes to the competition format over the past two years. This role is a perfect progression for Adam, and MEASQ thanks him for accepting this role and looking forward to what can be achieved with MEASQ by Adam.
Thanks again Adam, and best of luck in your new role.
