mmm, money, not really sure... i dont want to spend thousands, put then again i dont want it to be crapty, i mean ive put a lot of work into the car and i dont want the stereo to be the **** of the car if you know what i mean... i figured ill try and keep it under 4-5 grand...(if possible)

i was thinking about getting a boot liner made up for subs but im currently tossing up wether i really want to loose all the boot space.. got any idea for boxs?? "to port or not to port"???

basically i want it to sound sweet and i eventually have plans to get a dvd player and all the multi media gear, (arhh the future)
but at the moment i want nice sound, so far i found the biggest ***** is the crapt small area i have to work with in the impreza with out making bloody huge door pods etc...

the CDA-7998 is a very good hu, theres no need to go to F1 status, cause the amount of money is raised so much. i have a 99 proton satria, with a full alpine system, just for sq, and it cost me 6 grand, and it is bloody good, even the alpine rep from QLD said that its bloody good, and thought it was nearly betta then his. but ALPINE is the way to go, u pay for ur moneys worth. TRUST ME

No offense but i wouldn't believe the Alpine rep's comments

I know I commented on your other post and all, but Alpine stuff is not all THE best you can get for those prices! I agree most of their stuff is mid to high end stuff but their speakers (and to some extent subs) aren't exactly the best you can buy for the money.

Personaly, the only products I'd buy from Alpine would be HUs and some of their signal processors.

Da'flea.
