i'm planning to make another box because the one i'm using now seems far to big from the recommended one.. just wandering if anyone can suggest what size of sealed box and amplifier will match this 4 ohm sub..

and which will actually sound better for sq, 12" or 10" sub?

Go a 1 cubic foot sealed box for op SQ from the Boston. Nice choice in sub...

As for amp a get a 2 channel amp amp bridge it, one that makes 300-500 RMS, will be perfect for the Boston, theres heaps of 2 channell in that watt range so your choice will ultimately come down to your budget.
