Hey guys,

Im about to do my new sound system in my new car, and have been looking at the TRU technologies AMPS (http://www.trutechnology.com/copper_series.htm) and thinking about getting the C7 Model. I have Dynaudio 240's Splits, sub not yet aquired, planning on only running this amp.

Splits on 2 channels, Sub on the back two channels.

Does anyone know where i can get pricing on TRU products and were to get them? Has anyone had any expierence with these amps.

Would this be a good amp to go with this system?

Would this run a JLW7 10" Sub effieciently.

Thanks.

i'd recommend getting a 2 chan amp from the copper series instead. c-7.2t is a 2 chan tube amp. or there will be another c-7 2 chan without tubes out soon. keep in mind you'll need an external crossover.

then get another hammer for your sub. it'll power 2 10" w7s

you could also go for the t03-2.250 which is lot cheaper, still awesome sq. there is a burr brown upgrade you can do which is definately worth considering.

i hope you have have the $$$ cos these amps are big bucks.

incar phil is the distributor

mmmmmm Copper
you're talking very mucho' dollars here though, the 'much cheaper' T03 is still well past a couple of grand, and is my goal for the future or i'll be keeping the T-series and buying a partner for it.
Awesome amp, and as the fudd said pm marc as he had one in his bimmer for a while, im still jealous i couldnt afford it when he sold it

well i pm marc few months ago about a hammer and this is what he replied me with:

"You would have to ask Incar Phil as they are the Aus agents now"

if it isn't phil who is it then? i know for sure he is bring them in. might be others thou, i donno.

hehe yes definately still big big buck even for a t03. by much cheaper i mean $4k something compared to $2k something
i think if you can afford a c7 how much isn't the much of an issue

Agent perhaps, but not the distributor, as there is no Australian distributor as yet.

Watch this space.
