Why not just do the good old ... make pods for the 8's for the doors and then jam the smaller 6.5inchers into the kicks?? If they don't fit downsize the splits to say 5 1/4 or some good 4 inchers.

Or ditch the 8's and jam a strong set of 6.5in midbasses in the kicks?

How's the space under the dash? Maybe a pair of some fglassed pods with the midbasses facing down in under the dash?

Hell just give it a shot under the seats you never know until you try.... then give us the lowdown.

I don't want to cut up my door cards... so fitting 8s under them could be a difficult task...

Glass enclosure under the dash will cause too many rattles to fix, I wanted them on the floor because its strong and less likely to rattle.

Putting anything bigger than a 4" in the kicks is not really possible, the drivers side kick is too close to the accelerator...

I've never put midbass under the seats, but I've built enclosures in the front floor and enclosures that run from the kicks to larger boxes under the seats. These were in a 1999 Integra and 1996 Civic, both used 9" Dynaudios.
