if i have a 4 channel amp and then bridge it into a 2 channel for each
speaker, will this affect the sq???
or should i just power the front speakers by the front channels only
and leave the rear channels for a sub or something
thanks

when you bridge it to drive the same speakers (that are presumably 4ohm impedence), each channel will then operate at 2ohm. theoretically this will increase the distortion from the amp. however, it is highly unlikely that you would detect this and should not preclude you from doing it.
if you find the speakers go loud enough already, and that the power on tap from the amp (unbridged) suits the speakers, then there's probably nothing to gain. it'd be like dropping a V12 into a corolla when all you do is drive down to the shops at 60km/h anyway. little point.
however, i'd suggest trying it. most people find they enjoy the added power. but don't be 'tricked' into thinking it IS better if it isn't really; kinda a mind-games thing, where you are hoping for an improvement so you 'hear' one when there really isn't.
what amp and speakers?

do they go loud enough for you at the moment? if so, then as i eluded to, there may be no advantage running things bridged cos you won't utilise the added power that's on tap.
any rears you can amp up?

there are probably better solutions, like repositioning/angling your tweeters. or you could add an outboard active xover to allow active running of the splits: one channel for each door woofer/tweeter (4 channels).

but on the crossovers i have,
theres only one input and two outputs for the woofer and tweeter
how much would a extra crossover cost???
just to run the tweeters

if you wish to utilise 'ambient tweets', then make your own. ambients add a subtle amount of really high treble, without being consipcuous. so their level must be pretty low compared with the main tweets (if run actively, you can simply adjust the gain accordingly).
you may wish to HP ambient tweets as high as 10kHz, which would require only a pretty cheap small capacitor. if not run 'actively', then you may need a resistor setup to attenuate their level. gets a little complex and beyond the scope of this thread withou knowing specs of the tweeter.
what did you say you're trying to achieve? higher stageheight or more treble?
