and I have compared the Peerless in a sealed 4 litre to the Venom in a sealed 4 litre... sorta.. heh

I've been runnin6.5inch Vifa P17WJ-00-04's in my front end for a while now and have been more than happy with them.

Originally I was going to have two per door but one would have been firing into the seat so canned that idea. Those two have wound up in a centre channel I built for home.

So be different maybe try two 6" or 61/2" in parallel for a 4ohm load if you can only get 8ohm versions now. Tweeter loads are rarely 8ohms anyway.
Anyway you go you will have to provide the crossover.

I have all peerless 4 6.5" 8ohm mids, tweets, 2 8"'s and im getting a set of 4's all for the frount stage. One set of 6.5's and another set of tweets will be my rear stage and i cant wait to get it in. I iwll let you know how i go if you like.
