Basicly how would a custom fibreglass dash sound in regards to sq. Would the smooth surface make for too many reflections? What can be done to prevent this, ie shape fo the dash, covering in vinyl/leather, sound deadinging pads.......

some people who mount the tweeters on the dash facing toward the windscreen use a moulded dash mat to avoid this problem

It really shouldnt matter unless you have speakers the could be reflected off it. If a spkr is mounted in it then it wont matter, if spkrs in kicks, dash wont matter and unless door mounted spkrs are at dash level its doubtfull it would have any impact.
Anyway its hard to predict effects if a spkr could reflect off it, but in most cases dash isnt a source of reflection.
