you were at autosalon ??? you should have came up and said hi to us!! im sure some of our interstate members (Mr_Bob, shiny_car, Scott) would have been happy to demo their cars
:smack: :smack: :smack: :smack: :smack:
anyone want to come back?????????????????
hmmm, i didn't see you at autosalon. where were you??! should have come by [CAASQ] on the saturday. ah well.
i run a single 12" diamond audio M6. i love it, runs in a 1.2cuft sealed box, excellent SQ (plays very low), good xmax, and goes very loud. sure there's those with the ability to go louder out there, so you have plenty of choice.
Time for a sig update ObiWan

Yep, so how do you know him?
Also, what brand tweeters are listed in your sig?
I Know Phill as a guy who seems to help and give good advice to alot of people on here, and knows what he is talkin about. Also as a very smart guy for knowing a bloody good product and bringing DD to australia without him owe highest Db scores would be shamefull.
Maybe i typed in the brand name wrong.. i can't spell.. i'll find out proper spellin. They are like fully different looking than most tweeter, a big hard disk with wierd little middle piece.

i went for a sq approach, only running bout 600wrms to my sub (but can switch amps and run 1000+ wrms if i want), with 220 going to each split...
mines more so for ideas as u wanted ur car to be practical, u could go for a similar approach..
some pics of my set up:
http://astro.mine.nu/sword/audio%20spam/
just go the small pics if u dont have a fast net connection
if u dont get an amp as long as that alpine, or have less stuff, u could make it take up even less room (that goes to just infront of the hump at the back (diff hump), leaves a heap of the boot useable..
amps there are a PG Ti600.2 - 150wrms x 2 (600 bridged) running subby and the alpine 1505 rated at 225x2 (900 bridged) - had the alpine tested and @ 11.5v it pulled 170wrms (rated at 150x2 @12v) so im assuming the amp will pull in excess of 1100wrms bridged @ 14.4
there is a discount thing running atm for pg stuff by roughcactus - the Xenon 1200.1 has got a bit more power again
