NEED HELP...SYSTEM FOR A VX COMO

Hey peepz i got a vx como and just wanted to know if this setup will be loud:

System consist of:

Pioneer In Dash TV/DVD
JL Audio Front Speakers And JL Splits
JL 6x9s On The Parcel Shelf
250/1 Monoblock JL Audio Amp
12inch Dual Voice Coil JL Audio w3

Would this setup be loud enough???

Also what would be better to run and more bass the 12inch Dual Voice Coil JL Audio w3 or 2 Boston Acoustics 12" Subwoofer Boston Rally RS12???
