Sound stage problems with horns

When in the drivers seat it appears that the majority of high frequencies of 10k and above are coming from the opposite side.
However when sitting in the passengers seat the tops seem to be coming from the drivers side horn
Ive used time alignment on the horns and it seems if i delay the furthest horn the treble normalises. Usually you should delay the speaker closer to the listener.
I'd rather not use any time alignment at all from left to right, and just use to to blend the midbass and horns together as im runnign active.
What can i do??

if you drop the back of the horn down a little, the dispersion will rise, and the driver close to will be pointing at your head instead of your chest/neck
I don't say I know horns, but my suggestion is based on what I understand of physics

In regards to the time alignment some time alignment can actually compensate for intensity differences and vice versa. (in a limited way though)..

I cant flip them over i guess, as the minhorns are pretty much symetrical.
Cars a VT, not much room at all, no one thought minihorns could fit in a VT

sounds to me like your legs are blocking the top end creating a soundstage shift.
ambients will help rectify this, but it's a fundamental problem with your horn locations by the sounds of things.

Wouldn't that be a track from an IASCA Disc? I know that track is great, but short of becoming a member of IASCA or have someone burn a copy for you, it would be "somewhat" difficult to get that CD in any major music store, right?
Cheers,
Bon
