Its a bit late to point it out but you can use Methylated Spirits or Degreaser but if the paints Acrylic whether its a Lacquer or not you could actually soften the paint with these, however its not really customary to spray the insides of the doors properly they normally just cop overspray from the inner skin.

Best product how ever is called "Wax & Grease" remover, K&H make one and it can be had at most auto parts store, or Motospray make one called "Prep Wash".

Thanks for the tip. I ended up going with prep wash. worked quite well, was just annoying having to wipe it off very quickly after putting it on.
