But hey - it only takes one poorly installed car running poor quality gear to generate noise to make those who think otherwise stand up and say "I told you so".
In any event - if you can run them seperately you may as well (as the gromit through which you run your power wire is unlikely to be located very close to your HU outputs!) But don't worry if towards the boot end the cables start approaching/crossing each other. Shouldn't make a difference.
