focal k2p are very good speakers, esp in the midrange area. hertz mille are supposed to be very good too (more pricey than k2p?). wouldnt bother with the 3-ways - for the price, it means ur compromising on sound/build, plus it will take alot more effort to install/tune
idmax are nice subs, but imo not the best sq (yes they do quite well, but i think there is better out there for sq)

I havent had experience with the 165 set but I have had a good listen to the MLK2 and they were in my top 5 out of the speakers I have listened to to date, make of that what you will but also take into consideration that the MLK2 are decidedly more expensive than the MLK165.
As for the Focal K2P, I liked them but I cant say that they blew me away as some other speakers. Although I do think that they may have been a little underpowered. But there are certainly plenty of people on here that rave about them.
Havent has any experience with those amps or the max but havent heard anything bad about them. ONly thing you might want to check is that the srx mono is stable at 1 ohm, unless you plan to run at 4 ohms that is, as a dual 2ohm sub can only be wired for 1 or 4. But having no experience with the audison amps i cant tell you for sure

Or for something more local. Check out the Peerless XXLS range of subs.
As for your fronts, really go out there and give some sets a listen. The Focal K2Ps are a nice speaker, a very nice speaker, but are very critical of install. The Hertz Milles are a little easier for install, but, didnt seem to impress me asmuch as their price says they should (the tweeter mainly).
I ran an older SRx Audison, and found it a good amp, the new ones can only be better.
Currently planning new System.

Other tweeters I have been impressed with have been the Seas Lotus tweeter, and the Morel Supremo not being to bad either.
The Tweeter used on the Boston Z6s is nice, but, imo, lacks the detail, and crispness of the DLS.
As for your setup, unfortunality I havnt heard the Hi energy tweeter, or the MLK tweeter, but, going off what the Mille tweeter sounds like, I would take the DLS, Seas and Supremo over it. Its not that its bad, its just that it lacks in the highest octaves, and, with price factored in, dosnt quite cut it IMO,
