If it's anything like the last comp, it'll be big again.
Fantastic venue and the snags were the best I've had at a comp.

MEASQ is going to have a more visible profile there this time, in amongst the thick of things - awning, etc.
Please invite anyone along who has even a semi decent car system to compete.
We want more SQ people at these events. We want to finish the year on a high note with the next few events and make sure that MEASQ '09 starts off with a bang with the regulars, fresh faces, new ideas and cars.

For those who are competing in SQ, please be prepared to have your car driven from wherever you park, to our SQ Judging Bay. This can be by you or one of the judges but preferably by you. Now this goes for everyone, even full on display cars. If you don't want your car moved, please indicate this to the judge on the night. Be warned though, we will have to judge it as we hear it and if the noise is anything like last time, it'll be impossible to judge it fairly as you'll be competing with the DJ and other cranking cars rather than the SQ cars. Last comp was DJ/SPL/display cars 1 vs SQ 0.

We will have a traffic cone to hold your spot whilst your car is being judged so that you can return to it after judging.

Where is the SQ Judging Bay?
It's diagonally opposite the entrance to the car park in the far corner. There is room here for 3 - 5 cars at once and it's sheltered by the buildings quite effectively. It is actually very quiet there surprisingly and therefore a great place to judge despite the DJ, SPL and other display cars cranking all night. A whisper is more than audible at this spot. In car is almost silent.

This way, it's easier for the judges to judge and fairer for the competitors.

So come along, bring your mates.
Will be another great night!

p.s. Judges, please turn up 1/2hr before judging starts. Just want to run over a few things before the night starts. Cheers.
