You'd be surprised how not good they are on fuel hey!! My sisters chews it like no tmr! Might be something to do with having to have your foot into it all the time lol

did you stay much longer on sunday? did the guy get his contraption up in the air at all?

But yes he finally did get up in the air for a little while, probably a good 20minutes after you guys took off I reckon!
