hi guys

I'm looking at getting one of the abovementioned subs for my car. Not sure which one to go for & unfortunately i don't have the opportunity to 'demo' them. Has anyone got any advice to offer about these two woofers?

It'll be going into a Colt, and the current system consists of:

- Pioneer AVH P5750
- Rainbow 6.5 splits (front)
- Rainbow 6" 2ways (rears)

I've got an Alpine PDX 1.1000 to power it but I'm really having trouble deciding between the two. Had a few Soundstream woofers and they've always been good (never had a T4 though). Both subs are the same price and it's doing my head in.

Edit - should probably add that I like listening to most types of music, but mainly rock/metal - i really want something that sounds good, not floppy or muddy (if that makes sense).

PS Sorry mods if this is in the wrong section :)

I dont know the two subs personally, but if you like the rainbows speakers you have, it would make sense to go for the rainbow sub. Sometimes speakers of different manufacturers just dont 'go' together well. At least if you have the rainbow, it should go well with your current speakers.
