[Sierra]

The final round of the Victorian Series has been run & won at Narre Warren Autobarn.

The day was cloudy, overcast and steamy with some sprinkles of muddy rain which played havoc on the nice clean cars, not to mention the sauna conditions while judging with all windows closed!

A big thank you to Craig and the guy’s and gal’s of Narre Warren Autobarn for hosting the event.
Well organised as always and great to see a number of manufacturers demo cars on display.

Thank you also to everyone involved in behind the scene’s organising, judges, helpers etc and a special thank’s to Ness & Kylie for collating the results.

Congratulations to all the winners & place getters, there were some great sounding cars out there today.
Well done to Spyne for taking out intermediate class on the debut of his new Ford Focus …. congrats mate! and also to Tommy Bosnjak for taking out show class in his immaculate VT Commodore .... the paintwork on this thing is absolutly spectacular.
Also great to see shiny_car turn up and say hello …. been a while since we’ve seen you at a comp shiny

We also had a great turnout for novice class with 6 competitors! The level of knowledge and quality was great and we look forward to seeing you guys at future events.

typical melbourne weather playing havoc with the show cars (and normal competitors) with the dirty rain..

thanks go out to the hosts (autobarn Narre) and the guys who brought down Demo cars to show off and demo.. the pioneer car sounded real nice..

thanks also go out to the team who run the comp & marc.. pat yourselves on the back, i feel it was a successful event..
i had a great time wandering around chatting to people, showing off the senator and taking pics as i should.. got about 170 i think..
will be working to filtering those tonight ready for hosting.. if i can get past my work firewall to upload to photobucket.. haha


congrats to all the place-getters.. who keep striving to work harder...

was good seeing shiny make an appearance in the older 155.. pics never do cars justice, and this is a perfect example...

was great to catch up with you guys - old faces and new. some very nice looking cars there, and lots of nice stereo gear.

congrats to all the competitors and winners.

special thanks to Damo for providing 'reserved parking' for me - as i turned up, he happened to be 'marshalling' the witches hats, and opened up a space right in the thick of things for me to park.

apologies to broadz who also made a big trip to be there, but unfortunately left only 'minutes' before i arrived, so we didn't catch up.

addam how good was that for your first comp in the focus all your sterio components work together and the sterio is sounding great well done for a ford haha

congrats for all winners . this is the first sq event that i attend and it's absolutely great. thanks to everyone who organized this event and thanks for the judges who judge my car. anyways, look forward to see the photos from last sunday thanks

It was raining actual mud... darn it, I wash the car for the first time in weeks, and now it's dirtier than when I started.

Oh well, Thanks to all who were there - all of you - that make it a great day for competitors and visitors.
