G'day, currently, when using the stereo at high volumes there's a small hiss coming through the speakers. It only occurs in quieter sections of songs with the speakers driven to about 75%.

Cannot reproduce the hiss with music paused.

Any ideas?

This you can hear almost all the time in a system but when your amplifier/Deck has a low signal to noise
ratio/higher distorsion, the hiss is louder.

Overall its always there.

It is in home audio too.

Sometimes its in recordings too.

Cheers,

When you pause, your deck is muting outputs, so hiss isn't there. Try lowering your amp gains a little.
