Im CRAVING peking duck pancakes right now.

Like to the point that I'm concidering calling the fun buster and telling her we're going to pepper chilli on little burke for dinner tonight.

I'm also craving butterscotch pudding as well (completely different cuisine I know)

So what food are you craving right now?

^ do NOT let your mates dare you to skull a glass (not a shot - a full glass) of tabasco - It burns - a lot. I like tabasco - but that much of it brings tears to my eyes.
Stone that actually sounds pretty good - might order something like that from the lunch shop tomorrow! not so sure on the cocktail sauce thats the only thing holding me back.

Marsh how can you have a sub with no salad? isnt it bland? I normally get the subway melt or BMT with double cheese and double meat. About an hour later im laying some serious cable. Jalapeņos work fast!

Yeah, the cocktail sauce sounds weird but everyone I've got to try it has loved it... Goes well with the avocado.

Sriracha aka cock sauce.
Thats the hottest sauce I've had to date. Its awesome - but a little goes a LONG LONG way. Can make things unbearably hot if you dont watch how much you put in. Makes GREAT burgers when mixed in with the mince and a tiny bit (like the size of your finger nail on your pinky) in with some tomato paste works well for pizza bases.

Hottest sauce I've had (and own)... Anything hotter was going to be $100+ from the US.

The sauce is pretty much black :shok:

Probably no good now anyway since it was bought in 2004!

LOL I just saw that sauce on a hot sauces website. There are some bloody hot sauces out there by the looks of things

Mind you im not really impressed by the website it suggests tabasco sauce is a 4/10 for hotness and the Sriracha sauce is only a 2/10. Thats balls. Tabasco sauce would be lucky to be a 0.25 if the Srircha sauce is only 2. Granted I'm sure there are way hotter sauces out there but tabasco sauce is hardly a hot sauce and definately doesnt rate compared to sriracha.

When I skulled the tabasco I could deal with the heat - it was my stomach about 10 minutes later that hated it and made it come violently out of my mouth. I wouldnt even contemplate skulling a glass of Sriracha. I vote that website for ball sack of the week award.

Stone it should be fine - sauces are a preserve so they keep fairly well. Whats the worst that could happen any way - its fricken hot sauce!
