It's pork 'product', processed, shaped (to vaguely resemble a side of ribs) and pre-grilled on one side, then re-cooked instore

I'll keep cooking burgers at work.
My burger today may even have surpassed fridays effort. I remembered to grill the pineapple today. magnificent. Probably needs a bit of HP sauce though. Might have to buy some for the office

that's how they should do the McRib. seeing as properly cooked ribs should just fall off the bone. collect the pulled meat, cover it in more marinade/sauce if it needs it and jam it in a bun
