A Monoblock amplifier (such as that Eclipse XA1200) is specifically designed to drive subwoofers. A 2ch or 4ch would be better utilised drivers your Morel front stage. 4ch amps that would match that Eclipse aesthetically would be the XA4200 or EA4200.
Those amplifiers are ok, but for the money you could probably do better. Perhaps look at the JL Audio slash series, Audio System (my personal recomendation) or Digital Designs. These brand will be able to offer you a 4ch/2ch and matching monoblock for about the same price (except for JL Audio, they will set you back a few more bucks, but are great amps and get a great wrap on here)
Another option if your short on cash but are looking to do something right away, is to purchase a single 4ch amp. Use the front 2 channels to drive your front speakers, and bridge the rear for your subs. Then, further down the track, you can purchase a monoblock for your sub/s and either bridge the 4ch amp into 2 for your front stage, or run some rear fill. Going down this route gives you more options for the future.
Im not very familiar with the Morel range of speakers, but those you have described sound like the Tempo 6.5" 2-ways. Im also unfamiliar with the vehicle so I cant comment on installation sorry...
Due to the nature of your query(and your inexperience) you may be better off posting something in the Beginners Section. The SQ section typically addresses advanced aspects of Sound Quality and requires some experience and technical understanding.
Hope this helps

We don't actually know what your goals are. "Sound good" is not a goal we can work with.
Do you want:
*Loud with good sound?
*Very loud with reasonable good sound?
*Good sound at lower volumes but not much capability for loudness?
*A stock appearance?
*To spend a little/moderate amount/lot to get to your goal?
We can't help you with what you've provided.
