Waz, go with a lower Fs, and higher Xmax... it's a win-win, and will play a lot smoother.

Ok So what about a FS of 30 and a Xmax of 13.50 it is a 10in so bigger cone then a 8in so that would give more output.

HAHA, I was going to say it, but I feel like a broken record sometimes talking about the Gti.
It really is the perfect sub for IB, Good sensitivity, decent excursion level, but the real beauty of the design is that you don't have to worry about over driving it which can be a real concern with some of the smaller IB subs. The coil/motor design actually stops the coil from over exerting and damaging the suspension and there is also no backplate to smash the coil into, and they also spent alot of time in cooling design so it's hard to cook it.

Car audio is all about compromise. There's no single best way to do anything. Optimization in the face of several variables ... often conflicting ... means compromise. The educated are better positioned to sort through the compromises than the opinionated. Werewolf/Lycan 28-11-2006

If you want a good 10" with high Xmax and low Fs, look at the peerless 830846.
