I want to know if any has tried to run it at 8ohms and what sort of power it might put out at 8ohms.

Are you serious Waz? :unsure: lol.

8 ohm power = half the power at 4 ohms.

Means itll probably put out around 4x50wrms @ 8 ohms.

It will be more or less half WRMS per channel of 4-Ohm, Wazz. There is other impediance & loading factors, but their really minimal and not much you can do about it.

But if you get two of the 8Ohm drivers and run them bridged..... hey hey..

But that will stuff up left and right channels i would be better off running pasavie.
Is there any problem running it at 8ohms bridged.
I am looking at running ative 3 way and the drivers are 8ohms each

Cresendo, still decideing but if the Amp could not do 8ohms then its not a option.

Any amp can do a higher impedence, the issue is going lower, higher in 99% of cases is not a problem and in most cases probably better for the amp.

you have 2 of those Nak amps tho dont you, so use one amp bridged to run the midbass so around 200W @ 8ohms x2
then use the other amp to run the midrange and tweeters

and yeah as has been said there is no problem going to a higher impendence

Them Nak amp's are pretty!

and 50wrms, 100wrms, there is only 3dB difference there, i wouldn't worry about splitting hairs.
