Eclipse Equalizer + 165 K3ps

my current setup is listed below, how much of a difference will getting 165K3P's in there and an eclipse EQ 2102 in there as well affect my system and how diffferent will it sound???

Alpine 9835, f545, and 2 m605s, Focal 165k2p's (front), 165h (rear) and an idmax 12"
Mazda 323 Astina
Source Unit: Alpine DVA-7996
Processor: Alpine PXA-H701
Front Speakers: Focal 165 K3Ps, drivers run Actively
Rear Speakers: Non-existant
Subwoofer: IDMAX d2v.3 12"
Tweeter Amp: Orion 250SX
Midrange Amp: Orion 2150SX
Midbass Amp: Orion 2250SX
Subwoofer Amp: Alpine T-1505
Future upgrade: More Dynamat, less rattles

Upgrading to 3-ways could be a benefit so long as the car is suitable and the installation is done correctly and tuned right. Why would you add an outboard analogue EQ when the CDA9835 comes with a comprehensive parametric EQ built into Bass Engine Pro?

Well i would assume it offers more tuning opportunities, than just a 5 band peq
