ok there were 58 dbdrag entrants entered just for5 the sound off alone and some 40+ entrants on top of that for the show and shine. some 200 spectators attended the event.

this was the biggest sanctioned dbdrag event in australia for many years if not the biggest the sport in australia has seen.

results will be added soon as i have time to put them all up.

i'd like to thank:

-Frankies Auto Electrics
-6 Star Signs and Airbrushing
-Local Police that attended the event also which keeps people from being hoons and keeps events peaceful.

and all the many competitors and spectators that helped to make this event what i believe to be the best event in the history of dbdrag racing.

WHAT A MASSIVE EVENT....!!!

I have NEVER seen a bigger SPL comp before. What a day. The crowd was great, Frankies Team was very well orgnised and the competition was awesome!!

Every catagory came down to head-tp-head point DB shootouts! It was fantastic.

There were Land Cruisers hitting 140db, Utes almost tipping 140db, we had cars running single 10s hitting 132's, single 12s hitting 143s. Billiys's Extreme Cars cruising past the 167mark! The competition was from all walks of life.

This is how a SPL comp is supposed to be! pretty much anyone that had a sub in their car had a go. It was great.

I can't stop praising this even. Frankies have really raised the bar on SPL events.

I am sure more Photos and official results will be up soon.

Frantastic work guys.

Speacial thanks to Mr Rob Webber (Rob-ICED) who MC'd the event suberbly. And DJ Monty for cranking out tunes non stop throughout the day.

I am sure we are all going to be talking about this event for ages.

ah some scores i remember mainly because they were cars i built. and i couldnt forget jess's improvement from her first comp. improving 3dB with a new box that her better half built for her.

hey guys and girls like to say billy the night before the event took his own time to test and tune for the event this guy really has big heart he is always helping people achieve there best results for there cars that competed he was up till 11pm on sat night and then all day sun had heaps of fun great fun.

yes was wondering where the event pics were going to be posted

also wish to congradulate billy for his tireless efforts, the time he has put in to help me, building my new enclosure (still waiting on my amps and batteries tho) and everything he has done for me, top bloke nobody comes near his dedication

deserves all the good things that come to him and think others should recognise that aswell!
