you cant have bucket seats in a walled car :P it needs to be the flattest benchy things possible for ease of escape for passengers

and with no headrests for maximum slappage to the back of the skull :P

I know it's an old thread but you do have to watch the cheap reclining ones, a lot on the market don't meet the safety standards and are illegal for road use.

I have to scrap two Sparco Sprints, one was just installed and I put a bottle of soldering flux on it and didn't realise it had leaked, when I worked out it had leaked the base was gone:(
The other one got burned across the head rest by a dodgy rear view mirror, it was slightly concave and acted as a magnifying glass and sizzled my seat when my car sat in my driveway near sunset.

I have some bad luck, some really weird some from stupidity but still $1200 in seats ruined in no time sucks in any language.

Cheap Chinese mirrors that came on the car, I had no idea it had happened until a mate asked if I had been welding in the car. A mini with Webers always smells fuely so I didn't smell the burned seat, it has about 5-6 burn maks on it, I'll grab pics soon.
