Hey guys i am thinking about toying with my Focal Tweeters, i am unsure of the model but they came with my 162v2's.

The sail pods i have them in at the moment are pretty much aimed straight at me, and i was thinking about maybe modding each one to aim at the headrests opposite of them. The reason for it, is that with high volume the harshness just doesn't go down well with me.

Would this be a good idea to toy with or has anyone with the same speakers done this ?

Only one way to find out :) Grab some blue tak, pull the sail panels off temporarily and play around with positioning to see what sounds best to you :)
