A big thanks to the guy's from Strathfield Shepparton for hosting the event and to Orion for the prizes.

And also Strathfield for allowing the event to be held there. (Damn I wish I had plenty of money with me).
As this was my first time, I found it very informative, just wish I could remember everything that was said - maybe next time I will record it all lol.
Question - Are you allowed to sit in a car - like SQDEMO - or with the permission of the owner, another car, so you can get a feel for the tone/clarity etc to help with fine tuning of my own?
I have marked the Hoppers event in my diary so I hopefully will get there and try to get to know some of you.

All of us are always eager for anyone to take a listen and answer any questions you may have, as well as listen to your own car and give some advice..

Unfortunately it was a rather disappointing turn-out, with only 2 cars in Intermediate, 3 in Advanced 1 and 4 in Advanced 2. There were however 3 Novices, which was good to see.
Luckily the weather held out and the competition was finished before it got too (fricken) cold.
Congrats to the winners and runners-up. Interesting to see some variation in the results for Advanced 2 - there's certainly some tweaking going on, as well as a bit of experimentation to try and get the most from the judging format. Hopefully all competitors have everything pretty much set for the next round so only a few small tweaks are needed for Finals.
Another great weekend away - easy drive up and back and great night had on Saturday drinking, playing poker and watching the soccer.

A big thank you to the judges and all the regular crew that kept meavic running so well.
Also well done to Mark four taking out advanced 2,all that hard work has paid off.
Too all the novice enteries thanks 4 comming down and hopfully learn more about sq comps.
On a personal note due to lack of numbers in my class i now get the chance to make some radical
tunning changes that i was not game to make.Just to see if i can get more out of it 4 the future.
See you all at the next round.Thats if your game to take on team sqnll.
