With potential competitions being pulled out of Adelaide at an alarming rate today it would seem, may I remind everyone to put their payment in, in advance, so that the organisers have the interest required to keep it happening.

I can't make my payment tonight but I will be doing so tomorrow and I hope other SA members can do the same to keep the momentum up. And keep the word out to other car enthusiasts!

Where is all the enthusiasm you S.A. guys were showing, when this event was announced?

perhaps a pre-entry form for MEASPL would be good too? as personally i think there will be quite a few people competing in the SPL side of things, as opposed to the SQ comp...

a pre entry for them would help give a decent indication of the exact numbers we can expect...


i also wish to fill it out so i can be on the "officially coming" list...

oh it' still on the cards... but i don't want to be showing all you guys up... i think it would be VERY un-sporting of me...

the blending of the sub bass... it blends well already doesn't it?

I think having two events pulled from under us in one day has something to do with it, but take it as a lull, not a terminus.

Well I have just paid and entered three people, with Sub_Zer0 having just paid as well. So that's +4.

I think it's time for some can-do attitude to turn yesterday's news around otherwise we really will be screwed. If potential entrants feel like an event is set on a foundation of jelly, of course people will hesitate.

Pre-Entry will close August 6th.
Pre Entry for SPL is not necessary as there is little cost associated with that side of things (thanks to Sorin).

Cool! That's more like it!

I and the other Vic guys are really wanting this SQ comp to go ahead, don't get me wrong..

I am looking forward to meeting up with you guys, but it is up to S.A. to make it happen from a competitor point of view.

We Vic entrants are coming because we want to expand MEASQ in your state, not to necessarily just bolster the numbers.

As you know, Autosalon is on the 7-8th August, so it may be that local organiser and entrants focus, may be on that..

I am sure that the local entries will increase after that AS weekend.

im sure all of the MEASA guys will also get the word out at autosalon, i think il take a stack of those flyers up there and get them out to everyone with a decent looking stereo
