I read that this use's the reverse camera input to get the display on the front screen for the A/C, Does this mean you can't have a rev camera on it at all.

would my mate need this but being the 06 it dosnt have climate control just manual nobs, with no info showing up on screen at all

Will work with Omega. SV6, SS or anything with a low series headunit (No Display)

This replaces the knobs on the Low spec cars with the control panel you see in the video.

The Auto temp and Zone buttons do not do anything in this version - they are for the high series vehicles when I get around to it.

at this stage it will be a separate module to do steering controls.

Yes I will be making the interface also.

At this stage I am working on getting the alpine steering controls working directly with the facia- - no interface needed.

I cannot promise anything until it is done.

Hi, I have a 07/08 VE commodore omega and was wondering if they make a facsia for this model, only has manual heater controls no climate control.?Hope you can help.

The fascia shown earlier in this thread with the two rows of buttons at the bottom is available for all VE models. Its available from a number of places e.g. http://www.frankiesa...ble-din-fascia/

Its also in Alpine's latest catalogue. More information can be found on other forums and there are some videos of the fascia on youtube.
