Best crossover settings low pass and boost fq

Hey i have 3 chanel clarion crossover , just needing an opinion for settings for low pass filter and also it has a 0-12 db bass boost
for a certain fequency , my box is ported to 35 hz so should i boost 35 fq to around 6db? also for high pass iv set around 70hz ?

don't run any bass boost. The crossover frequency will depend on your front speakers and what frequency they're set at.

so just say i like my high pass for front speakers set at 70hz should i set my low pass at 70?

as a starting point, yes ;)

but you can always play with the frequencies a bit to see what sounds best to you.

cool now i just gotta find someone selling a decent sub amp my 50 dollar ebay amps just not cutting it
