Hey guys, since my insurance is only valid if I have an immobiliser fitted to my jap import, I figured I'd better get it done ASAP. I'm looking for recommended installers to do the job and although cost is some consideration, I'm more concerned about getting it done well so will pay what I need to pay.

I've just moved to Goulburn from Sydney and for any audio installs (if I wasn't doing them myself) I'd be going to straight to FHRX. I'll most likely get in contact with them, not sure if they do their own alarms/security work although I guess if Marty trusts whoever does theirs thats good enough for me.
Is there anywhere else in Sydney thats recommended specifically for security stuff? Or even better does Goulburn have a reputable installer? Goulburn would be much easier and I could get it done sooner.

You're on the money already with Fhrx. Paul/'bsyde' does the alarm work there - and a top job at that!

if your willing to make to trip to fhrx, then you wont find much better, as for reputable in goulburn nothing i would take my car to but i havnt lived there for a couple years now so shops may have changed hands

Thanks guys, looks like FHRX is the go. I've dealt with them a couple of times and I've seen enough of their work and workshop that I wouldn't take the car anywhere else for stereo work - just wanted to check if there was anywhere else worthwhile for security stuff. Kind of annoying now I'm 200km away, I used to be 3km away!
