Ozbliss Enterprise is proud to announce that the new Crescendo products are now available in Australia. There are 5 new products which are highly innovative, sounding great, and cost effective. Basic improvements for 2011 products are:

  • Hexagon grill on tweeter, midrange, and midwoofer for complete protection.
  • Smaller tweeter ring for better flexibility without sacrificing the sound quality.
  • Some of the new midwoofer is using shielded neodymium magnet without top plate for higher resolution of sound.
  • Each model has specific purpose of installation type, loudness, color, and resolution of sound.
Here are the 5 new speakers and their key point advantages:

  • Opus 1 – Entry Class - comes with smaller tweeter ring, hexagon grill for tweeter, and new passive xover design for smoother sound and more vocal or bass authorities.
  • Opus 3 – SQL Class – midbass now comes with bigger magnet for highest SPL possible but we have designed a new chassis so that the overall mounting depth is even less than the previous midbass.
  • Opus 5 – OEM Class - is very unique product which is intended for original OEM placement but with aftermarket sound quality. The new Opus 5 is designed for off axis response. Midbass comes with shielded Neodymium magnet for easy installation and higher resolution sound
  • Opus 7 – High Resolution Class - is the starting point of high resolution. Opus 7 replaces the previous Opus 5. Opus 7 has more details, and more bass attack compared to the previous Opus 5.
  • Opus 7B – High Resolution Class - Replaces the previous Opus 8.9A. This new 3 way sound more open and more detail with more bass attack than the Opus 8.9A
Price? With all this improvements on the products, we still managed to keep them at the same price tag. So again, this makes Crescendo products even better value for money.

Nice work, Adhika. Great to see the new products finally available in Australia - have a hard time getting stock after Indonesian customers bought out the first batch?

So what products are carried over from the previous range?
Opus 8.6, Opus 9.6, Opus 9.9?
Etude 1.10, Etude 2.10, Etude 5.12?

I note the Opus 7B 3-way set gets the new MB-3N midrange - my guess at pricing should make that an excellent value for money 3-way set.

Thanks Adam,

Not just the Indonesian customers, but also overseas distributors too!!!

Opus 8.6, Opus 9.6, and Opus 9.9 will eventually be replaced with Opus 8, Opus 9, and Opus 9-3 Way. This will probably happen later on the year.

Etude 1.10, Etude 2.10, and Etude 5.12 remain as our subwoofer line up.

Opus 7B is RRP at $559. We've managed to keep this same as the previous Opus 5, so with all the improvements, it is totally worth it.

Opus 7B 3 way are $799 RRP. I agree with Adam, an unbeatable 3 way set with that MB3N midrange! :)

From what i know (wait for Adhika's clarification), the new model Opus 8 and 9 range is due later in the year. Opus 8.6 is currently not part of the range, it goes from Opus 7 to Opus 9.6 and Opus 9.9 3 way.

Etude 1.10 and 2.10 carry over. Etude 5.12 is added, along with the Sonata 4, 4x100wrms full range Class D 4ch amp with National LM4562 OP-Amps in the preamp - for $699 RRP.

Hope that helps.

Edit: Should have refreshed before replying! :P

Hi,

Yes you can purchase individual drivers, but not on the current MB-6, as I've only got them in Opus 9.6 or Opus 9.9. When the new version comes, then it will be available to purchase as individual drivers.

cheers
