Dude - when your back in vic - teach me. I really want to get a chain saw (something with about 15" bar) for 4x4ing but im too scared of taking my head off with it cause I've never been trained how to use one. My old man has one that I reckon I've seen him use twice in the 26 years I've been walking the earth
I've got a mate I go wheeling with a bit who takes one and it comes in super handy for everything from collecting fire wood to clearing the track of fallen trees - even doing clean up after bushfires etc.

really? ive used one a fair bit (but not on a mine site) and its a piece of piss. but tmrw it will be another thing. we have chaps to wear as well as the usual ppe. probably gonna take 3hours just for the jha.

oh yeah. all 5 stihl saws didnt work today. had to use the 120buck talon 'tough tools' chain saw. bloody typical that none of our saws work....

hopefully getting scrap pass soon.... lol.
