Does anyone know if the sound quality can be adjusted for the phone on an Eclipse AVN726EA

All other sources are good to almost excellent, but when I'm using the phone via Bluetooth through the hu it's very muffled and sometimes hard to understand

Thanks

M

If your talking about when using phones for calls etc, sounds like you might have a software issue. Upgrade software on phone and AVN as well. Bluetooth is a bitch and compatabiliy issues are the biggest problem.

If your talking about streaming honestly definately not the best way to listen to the music. Blueooth streaming is well known for being very luck lustre for any sort of SQ

Yeah it's the sound quality during calls, Northfield

Using an HTC Desire HD and updated to Gingerbread couple of weeks ago, no difference. Update went smoothly (surprise!)

Updated the AVN firmware, with map updates at the same time, about a week ago, again no difference (that was a pain in the ar$$ that was, but ended up good)

Streaming music off the phone is as good as off an ipod and the sound quality can be adjusted in BT audio, but when in Phone mode, whether in a call or not, there is no provision for adjusting the sq

Just trying to find if there is another layer of adjustment, or even a hack

It's at the point where I don't leave it paired, cos the other person sounds horrible

Perhaps if I could even turn the sub off, or down, that might help, but there's no ability to do that either in phone mode
