I am curious as to whether it can be done as I am considering trying to make one fit in my ute. I heard Juls 33WX over the weekend and it sounded amazing, so I'd really like to try and squeeze one in. Enclosure volume shouldn't be a problem, but actual sub orientation is proving difficult. It would be great if people had pics.

Haha, I did google around for a bit but couldn't find anything on the later model (VE/FG) stuff. I thought that people involved in the scene on the east coast would be more likely to have seen these types of installs. Thankyou for the links though.

I have no idea but is THIS the only real spot you can put it?

Thats a nice looking install. I took the sub out of its home tonight and put it in a few spots in behind the seats tonight. I'm going to take a box out tomorrow night, but it looks like I may just be able to fit it in where I want it.

I've seen that BA before, shame about the rear seat travel. I normally have my seat most of the way back so thats out. Juls has a 33WX mounted sideways across the space behind the seats, but I think I have a solution that is as difficult as it is unique. All will be revealed in my build thread in due time.

http://www.mobileele...ll/page__st__40 .............3 posts down you can see a 12inch OZ firing across the cabin.

I was going to put a 12 inch floor loaded between the seats of my falcon, there is heaps of room there but never ended getting around to it.

You mean shame about it still having 95% of its travel ? why ...

Bloke who drives it is 6 foot and decent size , he has no issues , Im skinny and 6 foot and have to move the seat forward.

I had a soundstream 12 in a box made to fit in the space under the tray next to the fuel tank in my VZ SS ute. There is a vent behind the passenger seat from the space through to the cabin. Sound and output were awesome.
