I am trying to put Western Europe maps on it now i have paid for it from Naviextras but just after the sale went thought my computer froze.
So i logged back into the toolbox to downloaded it but i am having a lot of trouble to get it to work i was wondering if anyone has had experiences with how to do this.

I am so confused and there is no support for this product only a online forum that's it.
