I'm keen to hear any feedback on tyre shine/care too actually.

Thinking about picking up some of the Poorboys Bold'n'Bright. Any feedback?

Have fairly large road tyres on the Pajero, look great nice and shiny. Have tried a couple of different ones but the best so far seem to be the $3 aerosol sprays from Supercheap.......

The rear tyres don't seem to want to hold the shine as long as the front though so I'm pretty keen to make the move to something which seems more reliable, like the boldnbright.

As for cleaning the wheels, I usually just get in there with the usual car wash, maybe a bit of Autosol polish if I'm keen and not sick of it after doing the bullbar.

Don't have direct experience with the poorboys stuff, but from what I hear it is good. A google search usually brings up some posts from autopia and other care care forums that might help you out.

I only use over the counter stuff for the wheels and tyres usually. Have you tried meguiars hot shine tyre spray?...lots of shine, and seems to last quite a while. There is also a gel based version.

Also..I noticed at work the other day that they have re-released the endurance tyre gel. A lot of people used to like it in its old form. Was kicking myself that I bought some more tyre shine just before we started stocking the endurance. Wanted to give it a go. Might be worth a try if you don't mind the gel?

I use Poorboys B&B for a matt look and Chem Guys Gel for a Shiney look. the Gel last that bit longer as well. both good products.

Thanks guys, I might have a look at the price of the Meguirs gel next time I'm at the candy shop.

The only thing stopping me from ordering from Waxit/chemguys is that to get the most out of the postage costs I'd want to be placing an order $100+ lol, Pajero doesn't really need it now since I already have the clay bar and stuff.

Yep it is good, leaves the crappy old plastic under the car nice and black. Good if you going to a car show and need to hide some sins :)

Another thing I like about the Chem guys Gel and the B&B is that it stays on for about 3 weeks and doesnt sling like others and end up the side of your car. Megs I was lucky to get a week and it slung.

Was that the spray or the gel?

I have had that issue with the spray...but not the gel

Gel seemed to last longer too

I do think the new endurance...if anything like the old stuff, will do very well

So i replaced the seals in my window, and after a nice shower which i had to pay for >< the wheels look a little bit better.

Also turns out my window seals are a massive pain in the ass to replace.
