Interiors / Upholstery - what do you use?

I went out today and bought some AutoGlym Autofresh after reading a few decent reviews about it online. This is not so much a cleaning product, more to eliminate odours and freshen the smell of the interior. Particularly for those who play a lot of sports (or have small children/babies), car interiors can quickly start to get a bit of a 'funk' about them.
Well, I gave the seats a very light spray and, so far I am NOT a fan. It's certainly not 'new car' smell, it's a citrusy, soapy kind of smell. Will report back after work once the product has had time to settle down and the car a little time to air any excess scent.
I was planning to get some AG interior shampoo too, but after this, I think I'll be looking for alternative products.
So, what do you use for interiors, and more importantly, how well would you say it works?

This is what I have been using, seems to work okay. Cheap version, overnight leave open box of baking powder in cabin, will help absorb odors.

It cleans all surfaces, upholstered and plastics, and it smells nicer than ciggys.
Works great

If your apholstery is a bit dusty or grimey (as most are from normal wear & tear) spraying something that's not a cleaner into it will just combine with the dust and make it harder to clean later on
I would try cleaning the apholstery first and that by its very nature will freshen the car up and you'll have clean seats too.
I don't like using air fresheners at all ... they all have a sickly smell to me ...
If only someone would make a "new car smell" air freshener that really does smell like a new car they would make a fortune!!
I've tried a few over the years and so far they are all rubbish and smell nothing like a new car.
Opening up a packet of 5 gum adds a nice "fruity" smell to your car.
On the off chance ... has anyone used Meguires Cloth & Trim cleaner on their seats? ... and is it any good?

Aerospace 303 protectant seems to be the accepted norm for many detailing circles, I just couldn't get a hold of any before finals.

Diluted 10:1 in a spray bottle. Use it on everything (seats, carpets, vinyl door/dash trims, leather steering wheel) spray and wipe with a microfibre cloth.
Then i use 303 Aerospace Protectant on the vinyl/plastics, and Nanolex Textile and Leather sealant on the steering wheel, seats and carpet. Nanolex is definitely a winnar on the steering wheel - no sheen at all, looks brand new after cleaning and resealing it.
