I'm installing an AudioControl LC2i to run a sub in a VE and I've split the speaker wires from the parcel self speakers.

on the right there is a:

green with white stripe
blue with black stripe

left is:

blue with white stripe
green

could anyone tell me which is possitive an negative for each side?

From memory the one with the white stripe is negative, can confirm later when I get home though.

ok cool thanks, logic told me the two with black stripes would have been negative, but we all know logic doesnt come into consideration in factory wiring harnesses

I think you could be right, assuming you left the black stipe off the green on the left side speaker?

Polarity =
Left (+) D/Blue-white
Left (-) L/Green-Black

Right (+) D/Green
Right (-) L/Blue-Black

Seems to be a bit of a difference to your wiring, but both sources seem to have the same colours.
