Hey guys just wondering if there is going to be ANY Bass Battles in VIC over summer . DB drags finished so Bass battle has Prime TIME opportunity to make a few awesome shows on this summer .
As most of the DB world find it that MEA SPL/ BASS BATTLE is a better format a summer comp would encourage many of guys and gals to get into it .
Well that's my 2cents worth

There are plans yes - nothing concrete at the moment and a bit going on at MEA HQ, so time may be limited over this Xmas.

So the next MEA comp is on Jan 29th @ Tabcorp Park in Melton, According to facebook.
Anyone know what time bass battle starts + if the classes have been sorted ?

It is highly likely BASS Battle will not run at the coming event.
Look for official announcements on events. I have not posted on Facebook that it will run at this event.

Marc, I replied to a question from Kiri on the MEAVIC facebook page, after he asked when the first comp of 2012 would be.

I said 29th January with MEASQ, MEASQ Lite? and Bass Battle? but to keep an eye on this MEASPL forum (with a link) for actual information regarding SPL matters.

Kiri, I'm on leave from 14th Feb - 10th March so unfortunately there is a bit of a gap until the next event.
The next VIC event is March 31st - Autobarn NARRE WARREN. Then there are quite a few events in discussion or on the calendar already for VIC 2012.
It's shaping up to be a great season the back half of this year.
