Hey folks,
we need to start organising next seasons competitions and hence need to have a meeting to get everything figured out. We have decided to make this an open forum where all competitors can bring forward their ideas on how you would like to see the competitions run next year.

So on that note, on Sunday 11th December come join us at Weston Park for a BBQ meet/greet and a meeting to discuss the details for next season.

If any of you have ideas for venues we would love to hear about it. Any ideas about how to attract new/more competitors we would also love to hear them. We are also putting the call out to anyone interested in SQ judging. We will hold some judges training in the future before round one, so lets see a show of hands.

For the BBQ it will be BYO food/drinks
oh and it would probably be a good idea to bring a chair or two

would be great to see you there

We will update with the exact location in Weston Park at a later date

What time are you thinking of for the BBQ? early afternoon? Might be able to come down with the rugrat if its not too early.

i think the idea is to meet at 12pm, have the meeting first then BBQ, so i would expect we'll start cooking around 1-1:30pm

EDIT: ok just had a look, it looks like there is an adventure playground at one part of it, I am sure we can have the BBQ there for the kids

Oh and I like BBQ's. There are is a playground area at Weston Park for kids.

due to the weather today it doesn't look like we will be having a BBQ, will most likely meet at a club instead

We aren't coming as the weather didn't sound good when we were about to leave and didn't want to keep the little one locked up inside after a 3 hour car trip. Sorry Guys.

we have some preliminary dates, first round is pencilled in for late January, no date confirmed yet as need to confirm with the potential host venue

Waz has the minutes so hopefully he will email it out soon enough
