First I'd take a look at whether all your relevant training and tickets are relevant over in Canada... apart from that by all accounts it's a great place to live, my parents went on a cruise there this year and I'm told it's very stable, peaceful, safe and enjoyable without as many fat, stupid people as America. I'd try it for that reason alone

Working Holiday Program (WHP) Canada
www.whpcanada.org.au
Welcome to the official Government of Canada website for the International Experience Canada - Working Holiday Program (IEC - WHP) for Australian passport holders. The WHP provides opportunities for young Australians to travel and work in Canada for up to 24 months.
$150 to apply and $50 for a police check.
It looks pretty amazing I might have to check it out for myself.

I'd love to do something similar - but am fairly keen on America (I think I'd fit in perfectly with the stoopid, fat people
