Name's Ólafur, but you can call me Olaf.
I'm (as far as i know) 100% Icelandic, but don't let that get in the way.

I've been a stereo/speaker addict since i first remember myself.

I also have a really deep and intimate love for high quality music (95% of all my music is in Flac, only mp3's i have are temporary, or for when i'm getting ready to write mp3 cd's for my car, and when i do, my mp3's are all converted from flac to 320kb/s mp3 @44khz (unless the source is 48k, then well, 48k.).

How i wound up on this forum i've really no idea, but there was this one thread with a bunch of 90's stuff on it, and well, i read the whole thing.

Also, I'm 21 (turning 22 in april '12).

I Drive a Skoda (1998 Felicia) and erm, i also live in Iceland, i hope that doesn't get in the way.

I've been meaning to try and do some audio modifications on my car soon.

as we speak, i have some jvc headunit that plays cd's with mp3's & wma's and a line-in plug.

Front speakers are from an old lada (still, they're 15w higher than the originals from my car)
Rear speakers are a nice pair of JBL GTO 528's.
In the trunk i have a Power Acoustik SL4-680 amp driving my 3x250w Mtx Terminators.

I'll deliver pictures as soon as the snow here in Patreksfjörður starts melting for the volume of snow is TOO DAMN HIGH! ;D
