Will an imprint module lose its settings if power is disconnected? PXA-H100 in this instance.
And I'm guessing that an IDA-X305 will lose its settings like every other headunit I can remember remember using..

No, the settings on the H100 will be retained.
You may have to select your preferred 'curve' again through the head unit though.
