this is what i've done: i have wired each sub in paralel then hooked them to the amp as the amp has 2 pairs of terminals i have wired each to its own pair of terminals on the amp?
hope you understand what i mean as i normally run 1 amp per sub so i'm out of my comfort zone here. doh

Yeah, with dual 2s, you're either gonna get 2ohm onseries and 0.5ohm parallel mode. You need 2 x dual 4 for a 1ohm setup
