after a alarm system for the freshly aqquired 1998 starwagon

car already has central locks ( albeit they stopped working 2 days after i bought the damn car ) also no remote just the plain old key in to unlock

so i need a alarm that has the central locking relays ( i really want remote central locking), immobiliser, fairly loud alarm as im a heavy sleeper and the car lives in the driveway,

also how much extra do you think it would be for a few glass break sensers ( windscreen, front door glass) rear windscreen ( all the windows in the back except the rear windscreen are actuall some form of plastic not glass )

also i will need this installed budgey of around 400

being an older mitsubishi you may need a central locking control solenoid to be fitted to the drivers door.

to get a decent reputable brand alarm plus installation plus extra's like glass break sensors you'll use up all of your budget and maybe then some.

as far as loud sirens go there is a national db limit for any horn or siren and thats 120db, so you wont get anything louder than that.

i would suggest cyclpos (made by dynamco)

Hi mate,

We do the Mongooose M60S for $400 inc GST I will throw in some Ultrasonic sensors (interior movemement sensor) for you, heaps better then glass break. The Glass break are prodiment on one side of the vehicle its just a high frequency microphone. The Ultasonics will cover the entire inside of the vehicle that you are after.

The system has a loud 120dB siren and has on board central locking relays.

Give me a buzz if you want some more information. The system is highly reliable, AS/NZS Certified, black wires and good quality remotes.

Let me know if you are keen.

Kind Regards,
